How do I verify my card?
After you enter your credit card information, the payment system will redirect you to the verification page. Verification is used to make sure that the person making the purchase is the actual cardholder.
Make sure to follow these steps:
- Submit your credit card details — you'll be redirected to the verification page after that.
- Log into your online bank account, and check your SMS.
- Locate the pending or held amount of less than 2.00$. The currency of the held amount should be corresponded to the buyer's location.
- Enter the held amount on the verification page.
- Select the currency of the held amount on the verification page, and click Verify.
After that, your payment will be completed.
What if I were not redirected to the payment page?
Make sure that pop-up windows are enabled in your browser. Sometimes plugins like ad-blockers or anti-virus might block the pop-up window, so please disable those just in case. If it doesn't work the first time, you can try to open the payment window again.
