- Deleting your account will not automatically refund any purchases made on the account. Before you delete your account, you can apply for a refund by submitting a ticket.

- Please note that it will take up to 30 days to fulfill the request.
- We will contact you as soon as the request is fulfilled, providing you with a zip file with all your data.
