To make a purchase, install a game, or play, you'll need an LTG account. We use Xsolla Wallet — a secure solution from our payment partner, Xsolla — to manage authorization across our website and games. One account covers both: logging into the LTG Launcher to play, and logging into your Wallet on the web to manage purchases and subscriptions.
Creating an account
To create your Xsolla Wallet, simply enter the email address associated with your game account and verify it.
Logging in
Log in to the LTG Launcher
There are three ways to log in — pick whichever matches how you play.
Xsolla Wallet
- Click Log in with Xsolla Wallet.
- Your browser opens to the Xsolla Wallet login page.
- Choose how you'd like to log in — email, phone number, or a social network.
- Enter your account credentials and log in.
- You'll be redirected back to the launcher automatically, which then logs you in.
Steam
- Click Continue with Steam.
- The launcher logs you in with whichever Steam account is currently active in your Steam client.
Epic Games
- Click Continue with Epic Games.
- The launcher logs you in with whichever Epic Games account is currently active in your Epic Games client.
Log in to your Xsolla Wallet on the web
To manage a purchase from your browser, log into your Wallet directly at wallet.xsolla.com using the same account.
Switching accounts
If you want to log into a different account — or you're just having trouble logging back in — follow these steps:
- Log out of the LTG Launcher (click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Log out).
- Log out of your Xsolla Wallet account in your browser as well.
- Clear your browser cookies.
- Log back into the launcher with the account you want to use.
This also works if you're having trouble logging back in (a relogin issue).
What information can I view in my Xsolla Wallet?
Once your Xsolla Wallet is set up, you can view your general settings, including your registered email address and linked phone number. You can track and manage your purchases, subscriptions, payment history, and other assets purchased from LTG in your Xsolla Wallet.
