If the Launcher is crashing, does not download or launch games, or does not work as expected in any other way, here are some troubleshooting steps that often fix common problems.
Run the Launcher as an administrator
Running the Launcher as an administrator elevates its permissions to avoid problems with downloading games, for example.
Follow these steps to run the Launcher as an administrator:

Right-click your LTG Multiverse Launcher shortcut.

Click Run as Administrator.
Update graphic card drivers
Making sure you're using the latest graphic card drivers may resolve the launcher crashing.
Reopen the Launcher
- Find the launcher icon on the taskbar or desktop.
- Right-click on the launcher icon.
- In the context menu, select Exit or Close.
- Confirm the closure of the launcher if a dialog box appears.
- Open the Task Manager by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key combination.
- Locate the launcher process in the list of tasks.
- Right-click on the launcher process and select End task.
- Confirm the closure of the process by clicking Yes in the dialog box that appears.
- Wait for the launcher process to terminate completely and disappear from the list of tasks.
- Reopen the launcher.
Reinstall the Launcher
Note: The following process will remove all of your installed games.
Follow these steps to run the system file checker, then reinstall the Launcher:
- Open the Start menu and select Settings.
- Click on System and go to the Apps & features section.
- Find the launcher in the list of installed apps.
- Select the launcher and click on Uninstall.
- Confirm the removal of the launcher if a dialog box appears.
- Wait for the uninstallation process to complete.
- Install the latest version of the launcher from the website.
