Unfortunately, you may currently experience some issues in the game, and here are the ones that the team is already aware of and working on.
No fief permissions after joining a new guild
Currently, there is a known issue that sometimes prevents characters from using all available guild permissions after they change their guild. The solution to the problem is already included in our next update.
The issue is known to pass after the maintenance. As a temporary measure, starting 06/11/2026 we introduce a short reboot of Server 89, which will happen daily at 5am UTC. The reboot will not take more than 20-30 minutes. This way, players do not have to wait long for permissions to reset.
Additionally, we advise players to first leave their current guild before applying for the next one, instead of doing it in parallel. This should diminish the likelihood of the issue with permissions.
Wall faces wrong direction after being built
When placing a wall, the build preview shows the correct outward-facing orientation, but after construction the wall is placed facing inward.
Unresponsive Play button
If you have trouble with the "Play" button being unresponsive, please follow the steps:
- Open LTG launcher.
- Go to task manager, end the launcher task.
- Restart the launcher.
Stuck on "Waiting for reply from dispatcher..." screen
There are two sides to the issue:
- Failure to connect to the game for RU-segment: unfortunately, the issue is caused by the barriers introduced by local Internet providers in compliance with the regulations imposed by the authorities. The team is currently researching the means available for us to restore the connection for the RU-segment and make it more stable, although the government-level restrictions greatly narrow the range of viable options. We want to highlight that there have been no changes of server settings from our side, and the current problems are caused entirely by the third-party interference. Extended loading ("Waiting for reply from dispatcher...") for the players outside of RU: players from different locations started reporting the extended log-in time and being stuck on the loading screen for more than 30 mins. The team is currently looking into this situation, we will do everything in our power to resolve it ASAP. Players can greatly contribute by submitting the data via ticket form, that will help us identify the issue much faster.
Make sure to add to your message:
- client log (C:\Games\Life is Feudal Arden\default\game\game\eu2\logs),
- Results of tracert command - open the Windows command bar and type tracert lif-eu-game-1-41.lifmmo.com command.
JWT token issue
Several solutions have been posted in the FAQ, but logging in the dashboard proved to be the most effective. Our colleagues are working on a more permanent fix so that you do not need to use roundabout methods.
Game crashes during the file download
Repairing the client/restarting the game has proven to be effective in this situation, although it might take several attempts. If you receive a message that a certain "terrain is not supported", you might need to delete the indicated file in the game's folder.
Impossible to log in via your email
If you want to go through Xsolla authorization, and when you write the email you get an error, that it is invalid, please, contact Xsolla Support Team.
Character disappearance
Most likely, you made a mistake when trying to log in to the game.
First, please log out of the launcher and check if you used your email to log in for characters linked to an LTG account, or if you used Steam for characters linked to a Steam account.
Secondly, when selecting a character from the list, pay attention to the worlds: Vulcan and Newbie. Please check both options.
If you still cannot locate your characters, please contact our Support Team.
Issue with HUD
If you have any issues with HUD, we recommend deleting all the folders in C:\Games\Life is Feudal Arden\default\game\game\eu2\data\presets\HUD
Game lags
Lags can be due to various factors like ping differences or packet loss. It's tricky to isolate the exact cause, but we're continually working to improve the game's performance.
Delivery in the Trading Posts is disabled
Delivery to Arden is currently disabled. The presence of a check mark indicating delivery is a bug that will be fixed in the future. If you attempt to make a delivery, you will encounter error 1558. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Horse/ Moose is stuck on the blue zone
The Blue Zone is a territory where only the administration of LTG can interact. If your animal is stuck in the Blue Zone, please contact our GM in the channel. Don't forget to include the coordinates of your horse, the name of your character, and provide screenshots displaying the quality of the horse.
