A bug is anything that behaves differently from how the game is supposed to work: a broken quest, an item that isn't working as described, a skill that isn't applying correctly, a visual glitch, and so on.
Not what you're dealing with?
- Game crashing? See Game Crashes: Life is Feudal.
- Already know about this one? Check Known Issues first — your bug might already have a fix or workaround in progress.
Before you file a report
A couple of quick checks can save you a trip to Support:
Log out and back in
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the LTG Launcher.
- Select Log out.
- Click Log in with Xsolla Wallet.
- Your browser opens to the Xsolla Wallet login page — log in with your account credentials.
- You'll be redirected back to the launcher automatically, which then logs you in.
Repair your game files
- In the LTG Launcher, click the ⋯ (three dots) next to the game.
- Select Repair.
- Wait for the process to finish, then launch the game.
Still happening? Let's get it reported.
Submitting your report
There are two ways to open the report form:
- Right here: click the Submit a request button at the bottom of this page.
- From inside the game: press Escape, then select Report a Bug.
Both take you to the same form. Once you're in it:
- Under Select the game, choose Life is Feudal: Arden.
- Under Choose the topic, select In-game issue/bug report.
- Fill in Subject — a short summary of the bug.
- Fill in Character's name — whoever ran into the issue.
- Fill in Your character's location — ideally exact in-game coordinates, if you remember where it happened.
- Fill in Server — specify both the world (e.g. seasonal, green, etc.) and the server number.
- Use Description to walk us through what happened (see below for what to include).
- Click Submit.
Every field above is required unless it says (optional) — the form won't submit without them.
What to include in your description
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead
- When it happened (date and time)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your platform (Steam / EGS / LTG Multiverse), if it's relevant to the bug
After you submit
Once submitted, your report goes to our specialists for review. We'll follow up by email with any updates or questions — or you can check and reply directly from your profile on the support site.
Want to attach a screenshot or a screencast? The form doesn't take attachments at submission, so add them right after: reply to the confirmation email (it has your ticket number), or open the ticket from your profile on the support site and attach files there. Either way, it lands in the same request.
Running into more than one issue? Please submit a separate request for each one. One ticket per problem helps us track and resolve everything faster.
For the general bug-reporting flow that applies to all our games, see How to Report a Bug.
