Running into a bug during your session is annoying. In this article, you'll learn how to report it, so our team can fix it.
Submitting your report
- Click the Submit a request button at the bottom of this page (or go straight to the request form).
- Select the game your report is about.
- Two fields will appear: Subject and Description. Fill in both — a short subject line, and the full details below (see what to include further down).
- Attach a screenshot or screencast of the bug, if you have one — it makes a big difference.
- Click Submit.
What to include in your description
The more you tell us, the faster we can help. A good bug report usually covers:
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead
- When it happened (date and time)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your platform (Steam / EGS / LTG Multiverse, etc.)
- Your character name, if the bug is tied to your account
After you submit
Your report goes straight to our specialists for review. We'll follow up by email if we need more details or have an update — so keep an eye on your inbox, or your request in Zendesk.
Need to add something later? Don't open a new ticket — just reply to the confirmation email you received (it has your ticket number), or send a reply within your own request in Zendesk. Either way, your reply lands in the same request.
Running into more than one issue? Please submit a separate request for each one. One ticket per problem helps us track and resolve everything faster.
Playing a specific game?
Some games have their own way to open a bug report from inside the game, or need a few extra details. Check your game's dedicated guide:
