We understand that occasional issues can disrupt your gaming experience. Here, we offer some solutions to common problems to help you get back to the game.
Trading post issue
Unfortunately, at the moment, you may encounter an issue with purchasing and receiving items in the Trading post. The team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution.
Exchange of the regional resources
In order to preserve the gaming experience as seamless as possible, we introduce a mechanism that will let you exchange regional resources of your local region to the resources that are currently beyond reach. It is also possible to exchange plants that are tied to regions. The exchange rate will be 1:1. Please follow the instruction below:
Put a container on your claim. Fill it with sufficient quantity of regional resources (1:1 exchange). The container should be beside your claim's sword so that the GMs know where to look for it.
Create a post on in-game-gm-help-godenland with the following information:
- your character's name;
- your claim's coordinates;
- the name and quantity of resources you would like to exchange. We would really appreciate
- a screenshot of the container so that the GMs know for sure where to look.
Your inquiry will be fulfilled by our GMs within 24 hours since the creation of the post.
Issue with standings
Currently, you might experience some irregularities with the operation of standings: the status of the territory and characters may remain neutral even when standings declaring war or friendship are in place. Additionally, the status of vassals might not be displayed correctly. Please, follow our news in Help Centre and Discord, where we will publish its fix.
Game installation failed
You should do the following:
- Go to the launcher and click on "Account" in the upper right corner.
- Choose the "General" tab.
- Remove the checkbox next to "Use a peer-to-peer (P2P) network".
- After this step, the client will run. On the character selection window, also uncheck the box next to P2P.
- Use the "Repair" function.
- If it doesn't help, please, contact the Support team.
Launcher crashing after anticheat download
If you face this issue, you need to update the following redistributable: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
Character is stuck
If you find your character unable to move, use the command "/stuck" (without quotes) in the system chat. You may need to use the command multiple times. This should free your character.
Horse/Moose is stuck
Please ensure that there are no objects nearby that may hinder interaction.
If you crossed the server border before the horse or moose got stuck, please, try the following:
- Return to the server you were on before,
- Click on land and choose Inspect.
- Return to the server where the horse/moose is located.
- Click on land and choose Inspect again.
- Try to interact with the horse/moose.
If it doesn't help, exit the game, log in, and repeat the actions above.
Horse/ Moose is stuck on the blue zone
The Blue Zone is a territory where only the administration of LTG can interact. If your animal is stuck in the Blue Zone, please contact our GM in the channel. Don't forget to include the coordinates of your horse, the name of your character, and provide screenshots displaying the quality of the horse.
Unable to delete a personal claim
If you're having trouble deleting a personal claim because the option is greyed out, please follow these steps:
- Go to your claim location and open the system chat in-game.
- Type the command "/claimrule personal char CharFirstName 11111" (without quotes). Note: Replace 'CharFirstName' with the first name of your character.
JWT authorization error: Authorization failed
There are several cases when you can get this error.
One possible reason is an inactive subscription, which may have expired if payment for renewal was not made.
Another reason could be a ban on your account. Kindly check your inbox for any communication from our Support Team.
And the last one is missing files. Please, follow these steps:
- Download the DLL files from this link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/delphiwebstart/files/openssl-1.0.2u-x64_86-win64.zip/download
- Unpack it in your game client root. This is usually located at C:\Games\Life is Feudal MMO\default\game\game\eu.
- When unpacking, agree to replace the files in the folder.

Impossible to create a new claim
First, you need to ensure that you have deleted your previous claim. Navigate to the dashboard, and if you see options such as Manage your personal claim or Manage object rights, it indicates that your old claim has not been deleted. Use the Browse Map function to view the coordinates of the old claim. Once you have deleted it, you will be able to create a new one.
Disappearance of Hotbar
In this case, please, go to this directory Life is Feudal MMO\default\game\game\eu\data\presets and delete all files there.
Impossible to log in via your email
If you want to go through Xsolla authorization, and when you write the email you get an error, that it is invalid, please, contact Xsolla Support Team.
Game lags
Lags can be due to various factors like ping differences or packet loss. It's tricky to isolate the exact cause, but we're continually working to improve the game's performance.
