To ensure a fair playing field, we've hard-coded restrictions on certain actions. We're also compiling a set of specific game rules that will be updated as needed to address emerging concerns.
In-game exploits prohibited:
- Attacking an opponent through walls and doors. The general rule is, you can attack if the player is in direct sight, like through a gate grid, but not through a solid door.;
- Quick logout exploits during combat;
- Glitches to pass through walls.
Actions that are not allowed:
- Planting trees in water;
- Self-cap province or outpost during the siege is prohibited (capture by allied or friendly claim) — temporary rule until siege system is reworked.
Our rules also prohibit the use of any third-party tools and applications that could provide an advantage over other players in combat or fully automate game mechanics.
Currently, these modifications are banned:
- Autolooters in combat;
- Bots;
- Any cheats like wallhack, aimbot, etc.
In the aftermath of the penalty system implementation, we've seen some other instances of abuse. So, we're introducing a separate category of warnings:
- Provoking another player into a violation / "Setting up".
Don't intentionally draw near a wall that an opponent, stuck in a house, is striking from the other side.
Thank you for your understanding and for contributing to a fair and thrilling gaming experience for everyone.
