If your game is crashing, start with the general game crash troubleshooting steps - they cover the most common causes. In short, here's what to check:
- Your PC meets the minimum system requirements;
- Your GPU drivers and OS are up to date;
- Your in-game graphics settings aren't too high;
- No background apps are interfering with the game on startup;
- Your internet connection is stable and you're not using a VPN;
- Your game files aren't corrupted. Verify them through your platform's built-in tool (Steam/Epic Games Store).
If none of that helped, open a support ticket or email us at support@longtalegames.zendesk.com.
