- Provide as much detail as possible when completing the form. Include a description of the bug, when it occurred, and steps to reproduce the issue, among other details.
- If possible, attach screenshots or a screencast to help illustrate the problem.
- Once you've filled out all the necessary information, confirm the submission of the form by clicking on the button Submit.
